Big Hat Promotions Summer House Concert Parties:
- All of our gatherings are outdoor events held at a private residence in Altadena, CA.
- Dress is outdoor evening casual.
- A complimentary Cowboy BBQ dinner and beverages are provided by your hosts.
- A per person cash donation is requested for all events that goes to our performers to show appreciation for their talents and to cover their expenses. We are unable to accept credit cards or personal checks.
- Seating is limited and advanced reservations are required for all events.
- Doors open at 5:30pm. Dinner is served until 6:30pm and the show begins at approximately 7:00pm.
- With respect for our neighbors, we usually wrap things up no later than 10:00pm.
- Non-smoking environment. No pets allowed.
